Studio Twenty Eight

A Pilates class, a beauty treatment and time to unwind afterwards: since April 2025, visitors have been able to enjoy all three at Studio Twenty Eight on PSV-laan in Eindhoven, the Netherlands. Founder Julia Mulder has brought Reformer Pilates, beauty and time for yourself together in a studio where the moments between appointments matter too. Calm interiors, a lounge and a warm welcome make a visit feel like more than another item on the to-do list.

Different specialists, one location

Studio Twenty Eight brings together independent professionals, each with their own area of expertise. Services range from skin and laser treatments to facials, permanent make-up and pedicures. Body treatments, nails, waxing and hair services are also available, giving visitors the freedom to book what suits them at the time.

For its treatment rooms, Studio Twenty Eight chose four Velvet Evo W4 Pro Podo treatment couches in Taupe. The understated colour complements the interior, while the couches can accommodate the studio’s range of treatments.

One treatment space for different needs

Flexibility matters when rooms are used for different treatments. During a facial, for example, a specialist needs easy access to the client’s head and upper body. A pedicure calls for an upright seated position, with the backrest raised.

The Velvet Evo W4 Pro Podo meets these needs with adjustable armrests and a removable foot section. Four LINAK® motors provide electric adjustment, allowing the position to be adapted to both the treatment and the specialist.

Client comfort is equally important. The wide Cloud 9 Super Soft Mattress™ provides a soft surface during longer treatments. A tilt function and integrated heating help clients settle into a comfortable position, reflecting the studio’s focus on both care and relaxation.

Thoughtful working spaces

Alongside the four treatment couches, Studio Twenty Eight selected six Sympatico Comfort stools and two Torres Comfort stools. The different designs give specialists a choice of seating to suit their work.

The Sympatico Comfort has a saddle seat, while the Torres Comfort has a flat seat. Both models have an adjustable backrest and height adjustment. Their soft castors make it easy to move around the treatment area during an appointment.

Beauty and movement in balance

At Studio Twenty Eight, time for yourself extends beyond the treatment room. The studio also offers Reformer Pilates in small groups, with classes focused on strength, posture and flexibility. Personal guidance is part of every session. Twenty Eight now runs Pilates classes at two locations in Eindhoven.

That same attention to comfort and individual care carries through to the beauty rooms. Four Velvet Evo W4 Pro Podo treatment couches and a selection of work stools give the team treatment spaces suited to the studio’s different specialisms.
