Can I lease or finance a Bellezi treatment chair?

For example, the Silk Evo S4 treatment chair is available from €66 per month and the Velvet Evo W4 wellness bed from €77 per month, subject to the selected lease or finance agreement.

Yes, every Bellezi order includes an invoice. A digital copy will be provided and an invoice will also be included with the delivery of your order.

Yes, all Bellezi treatment chairs and wellness beds are available directly from stock. This allows us to offer fast delivery and, where applicable, installation services worldwide.

On business days, our team will contact you within 2 hours to discuss your requirements. Once approved, we will coordinate the preferred delivery date with you.
What is the lead time for a Bellezi treatment chair or wellness bed?
All Bellezi treatment chairs, wellness beds, loungers and accessories are available directly from stock. As a result, we are able to deliver within 10 business days in many cases.

Can my order be delivered and installed?
Yes. Bellezi offers different delivery options depending on your location and requirements.
Many international customers choose our Silver Service. Your order is delivered on an agreed date by a specialised pallet transport partner. The delivery is made to the entrance of your building or ground-floor delivery point. As treatment chairs and wellness beds are heavy products, we recommend having at least two people available to move the product indoors and position it at the desired location.
For customers who prefer a complete delivery and installation service, Bellezi also offers Gold Service delivery. Our technicians will deliver, position and install the product at the desired location and provide a personal introduction to its use and maintenance.

Can you move a treatment chair or wellness bed to an upper floor?
Yes. As part of our Gold Service delivery, we can place your treatment chair or wellness bed on the desired floor in most situations.
In some cases, the product cannot be moved upstairs or downstairs as a single unit due to its dimensions, weight or the access route. If required, our technicians can disassemble the product and reassemble it on site. Additional charges may apply depending on the situation and the time required.
If your treatment chair or wellness bed needs to be moved to an upper or lower floor, please let us know when scheduling the delivery. This allows us to assess the situation in advance and make the necessary preparations.
Do you dispose of old chairs?
Yes, we can remove and dispose of your existing treatment chair or wellness bed when delivering your new Bellezi product.
To ensure we can make the necessary arrangements, please let us know when placing your order or scheduling the delivery. The availability of this service may depend on your location and the selected delivery option.
How are accessories and smaller orders delivered?
Accessories, protective covers, cushions and other smaller products are typically shipped via DHL. For these shipments, you will receive a tracking number so you can easily monitor the delivery status.
Ordering accessories together with a Bellezi treatment chair or wellness bed? In that case, the accessories will be delivered together with your order whenever possible.
My product was delivered damaged or defective. What should I do?

Service and Warranty
How long is the warranty on Bellezi products?
Bellezi offers a standard 5-year manufacturer's warranty on treatment chairs and wellness beds, as well as a 10-year warranty on the frame. Stools, trolleys, equipment and accessories are covered by a 2-year warranty.

How do I maintain my Bellezi treatment chair or wellness bed?
To keep your Bellezi treatment chair or wellness bed in optimal condition, we recommend:
- regularly cleaning the upholstery with Bellezi Cleaning Spray;
- cleaning the upholstery daily when using oils;
- using a protective cover to help prevent wear and discolouration;
- returning the mattress to a flat position at the end of each working day;
- scheduling a maintenance service approximately every 3 years.
