THE VAULT Spa & Suites
THE VAULT Spa & Suites is set within the hotel’s former bank vault, where the original vaulted ceilings are still a defining feature of the space. The interior is calm and understated, with a vitality pool, several saunas, a steam room and dedicated relaxation areas. Guests looking for more privacy can also book one of the private spa suites.
The treatment menu focuses on relaxation and skincare, with a selection of facial and body treatments, targeted skincare and massages. The spa also includes six treatment rooms and a nail studio.

The Europäischer Hof is part of Steigenberger Icons, a collection of distinctive hotels in locations including Baden-Baden, Vienna and Berlin. Each property has its own history and character, with a strong focus on personal service and guest comfort.

With a wide range of facial and body treatments carried out throughout the day, comfort and ergonomics are an important part of the treatment experience at THE VAULT Spa & Suites.
The spa uses the Bellezi Velvet Evo W4 Pro Podo wellness bed. Electrically adjustable and equipped with four motors, a tilting function and a removable foot section, the bed can be adapted to suit different treatments and working positions. Its Zero Gravity function also helps guests settle into a comfortable, relaxed position during their treatment.
In total, THE VAULT Spa & Suites is equipped with 13 Bellezi wellness beds, upholstered in Taupe Silverguard. The warm, neutral shade fits naturally within the spa’s calm interior. Combined with the bed’s range of adjustment options, the upholstery makes it a practical choice for daily use in a professional spa setting.
Historic character, contemporary design
DK Studio GmbH was responsible for the architecture and interior design of the renovated Steigenberger Icon Europäischer Hof Baden-Baden. The design brings the hotel’s historic features together with contemporary details and bespoke furniture.
The same approach can be seen in THE VAULT Spa & Suites. The original vaulted spaces have been preserved, while modern spa facilities have been carefully integrated into the interior. The result feels connected to the history of the building while functioning as a modern spa.
