Wellness beds

See which of the problems below occurs with your wellness bed. Follow the instructions. Have you followed all the steps, but is the bed still not working as you are used to? In that case, please fill in the service form at the bottom of the page. Our service team will contact you. Urgent? Please contact us by phone.

1. NOT ADJUSTABLE & BEEP TONE

The bed is not adjustable, responds with a beep when buttons are pressed and the light on the hand control is on.

  • 1a. | Your bed is in safety mode, which means it needs to be reset. Take the hand control.
  • 1b. | You can reset the bed by pressing the arrows on the second row from the top simultaneously until the intermittent beep stops automatically. This takes about 6 seconds.
  • 1c. | All functions must be set to the 0 position. This means that the three functions on the top row need to go down until the lowest position is reached. Once all positions are in the 0 position, the bed should work again.
1a. | Your bed is in safety mode, which means it needs to be reset. Take the hand control.

1c. | All functions must be set to the 0 position. This means that the three functions on the top row need to go down until the lowest position is reached. Once all positions are in the 0 position, the bed should work again.

2. NOT ADJUSTABLE & NO SOUND

The bed is not adjustable and makes no sound. Follow the steps below:

  • 2a. | Check whether the power plug is properly inserted in the socket.
  • 2b. Check whether the cable of the hand control and/or foot control is connected properly. Then test again.
  • 2c. | Check that the control box is working by checking that the green light is on. Is it not lighting? Follow 2d. Does it light up? Follow 2e.
  • 2d. | Check underneath the base plate whether the sofa’s power cable is properly connected.
  • 2e. | Is the light on, but the chair still not working? Open the control box and firmly push the cable into place.
2a. | Check whether the power plug is properly inserted in the socket.
2b. Check whether the cable of the hand control and/or foot control is connected properly. Then test again.
2c. | Check that the control box is working by checking that the green light is on. Is it not lighting? Follow 2d. Does it light up? Follow 2e.
2d. | Check underneath the base plate whether the sofa’s power cable is properly connected.
2e. | Is the light on, but the chair still not working? Open the control box and firmly push the cable into place.

3. HEATING DISPLAY DOES NOT WORK

The heating display is not working. Follow the steps below:

  • 3a. | Check which heating display your chair or bed has. If it has Display 1, you can follow the steps below. If it has Display 2, please complete the service form at the bottom of the page so we can assist you further.
  • 3b. | Check under the mattress whether the blue light on the adapter is working. Is it not working? Follow 3c. Does it work? Follow 3d.
  • 3c. | If the light is not on, check whether the power cable is properly inserted in the adapter. Push it in firmly. If it still doesn't work, please fill in the form below.
  • 3d. | If the light does light up, check that the black plug is properly fitted. It must be inserted in the red connector. If it still doesn't work, please fill in the form below.
3a. | Check which heating display your chair or bed has. If it has Display 1, you can follow the steps below. If it has Display 2, please complete the service form at the bottom of the page so we can assist you further.
3b. | Check under the mattress whether the blue light on the adapter is working. Is it not working? Follow 3c. Does it work? Follow 3d.
3c. | If the light is not on, check whether the power cable is properly inserted in the adapter. Push it in firmly. If it still doesn't work, please fill in the form below.
3d. | If the light does light up, check that the black plug is properly fitted. It must be inserted in the red connector. If it still doesn't work, please fill in the form below.
