What does the 5-year manufacturer’s warranty include?
With our manufacturer’s warranty, we stand behind our products longer than the usual 1 or 2 years. Since 2020, we offer a five-year manufacturer’s warranty on all facial and wellness beds, and a 10-year warranty on the frame.
If a defect occurs within 5 years of purchase in essential components such as heaters, motors, control boxes or structural elements, we will replace these parts free of charge. Components subject to wear through use, such as the hand control and upholstery, are not covered. The lifespan of these parts strongly depends on the intensity of use.
The 5-year warranty applies to all products, except for tabourets, trolleys, equipment such as towel warmers and magnifying lamps, and other accessories. These items are covered by a 2-year full warranty.
What does the 24-hour service from Bellezi include?
Our 24-hour service is available regardless of the product’s age. You can reach us for service by phone 7 days a week between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM at +31 74 376 6351. We have been offering this service since the founding of Bellezi in 2009.
Calling us is the fastest way to resolve any issue and or schedule a service appointment directly. This allows us to ensure that any problem can be resolved within 24 hours. Whether costs are involved depends on both the age of the product and the nature of the issue.
Maintenance + Service
We do not provide free maintenance for our beds. Our service is free of charge during the first two years if something creaks or squeaks. Scheduling maintenance or a service visit depends entirely on the customer’s preferences.
A sole proprietor will generally need service or maintenance less often than a company with several employees or a school with multiple beds. Some customers, often companies with multiple beds, deliberately choose preventive maintenance so they can continue working without interruptions.
Carrying out maintenance helps extend the lifespan and overall comfort of use. However, it does not extend the manufacturer’s warranty.
When can you expect any costs?
If a defect occurs due to improper use, insufficient or lack of maintenance, wear and tear, or damage to the product, it is customary that the repair costs are at the customer’s expense. Parts that fall under the manufacturer’s warranty also do not have an unlimited lifespan. If a defect occurs after five years, costs may also apply.
You may consider having preventive maintenance carried out annually. The cost is €195 excl. VAT per bed. If multiple beds can be serviced at the same time, we would be happy to provide a tailored quotation.
